Ordering & shipping
How long does an order take?
Custom orders ship in 4 business days after proof approval. Proofs are usually back within 24 hours of placing the order. Standard shipping is free worldwide.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Stickers ship in rigid mailers to stay flat. Same shipping price whether you’re in California or Cape Town.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll get a tracking link via email when your order ships. Reply to that email anytime if something looks off.
What is your minimum order quantity?
50 stickers is our minimum. Volume discounts kick in at 200, 500, 1,000, and 5,000+.
Custom stickers
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, PDF, PSD. For best results, send vector (SVG/AI/PDF) or 300-DPI raster sized to the final print dimensions.
Do I get a proof before printing?
Always. Every custom order gets a free digital proof within 24 hours. Request unlimited revisions until you approve. We don’t print until you say go.
Die cut vs kiss cut vs rounded corner — which do I want?
Die cut = backing cut to your art outline. Kiss cut = your art is cut on the vinyl, square backing stays intact (easier peel + stacking). Rounded corner = rectangle with softened corners — a friendly, modern shape for product labels.
Can I order a custom size that isn’t on the menu?
Yes — on any product page, pick the Custom size option and enter width × height in inches. Anything between 0.5" and 24" is supported.
Materials & durability
Are these waterproof?
Yes. Premium 3.5-mil vinyl with a clear over-laminate. Dishwasher-safe, weatherproof, and unfazed by rain, snow, or sun.
How long do they last outdoors?
3–5 years for standard vinyl with UV-resistant inks. Bumper stickers and decals are rated for the same. Indoors, basically forever — or until you peel them off.
Will they damage my laptop / water bottle / wall?
No residue when removed within 2 years. Adhesive holds firmly but releases cleanly with a slow peel.
Returns & guarantee
What's the guarantee?
Don't love your order within 30 days — for any reason — we reprint or refund. No video proof, no return shipping, no friction.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Reply to your order email with a photo. Replacement ships within 24 hours. You don’t need to send the damaged one back.
